Lines of desire
“Invitation to the Voyage” is a luminous gem within Charles Baudelaire’s Flowers of Evil, a poem that opens the door to a world where beauty, serenity, and dreams intertwine—a realm where reality and imagination merge in harmony.
Inspired by that vision, this series explores architecture as a metaphor for the feminine form. Through the lens of my camera, I reveal parallels between built structures and the subtle intricacies of the human body. This dialogue between line and curve, solidity and softness, unveils a delicate duality where strength meets fragility, and power holds space for vulnerability. I’m captivated by the elegant geometry of facades, the way light and shadow sculpt their surfaces.
Beyond aesthetic appreciation, the series explores how architecture stirs emotion, evokes sensuality, and becomes a portal to desire and discovery.
As viewers immerse themselves in these still moments, I extend an invitation—a call to see the world anew. Through a sensual gaze, the ordinary is transformed, and the familiar becomes a threshold to imagination, introspection, and wonder.
